Background
Boydstun Realty was established on a foundation of quality service by Charles E. Boydstun in 1938. Known as the ‘Dean of California Farm Brokers” C. E. was popular with farmers all over Kern County. His son, John E. Boydstun, joined the firm in 1941 before heading to Europe to fight for our freedom in World War II. He returned in 1945 and became a managing partner with his father and later President of the firm, working side by side with his father.

John’s children, Jay Boydstun joined the firm in 1982, and Midge Boydstun-Jimerson in 1993 following in their footsteps. With what is now over 80 years of tradition and has bridged 3 generations, Jay and Midge continue to uphold these values and provide the quality of service that has made Boydstun Realty the legacy that it is today.
